How I broke my plateau
soemusicinme asked me about my plateau, so I’ll just post it for everyone.
I was stuck at about 162, give or take a fraction of a pound, for about 3 weeks: the week before Thanksgiving, the week of Thanksgiving, and the week after Thanksgiving. I didn’t go crazy over Thanksgiving break, so I know it wasn’t because I ate a lot.
